DESIGN PROCESS
CONSULTATION
The process begins with an informal meeting where we discuss the clients design inspiration, requirements, and any design limitations that we must work within. This meeting is meant to be light, in order to encourage communication and allow the client to express any idea they may wish to see come to life.
PRELIMINARY DESIGN
The preliminary design package is the designer's interpretation of your dream home. We provide 3D pictures and videos in order to encourage feedback from the client and allow us to work out any issues or ideas that may have surfaced since the Consultation.
FINAL DESIGN
The final design stage is meant to flush out any additional changes or ideas the client may wish to add. Drawings and 3D media are finalized and issued to the client for final review before the working drawings begin.
CONSTRUCTIONÂ DRAWING COORDINATION
At this point the design has been finalized and the structure has been designed and input. These drawings are fully dimensioned and detailed and sent out trade consultants and client for final approval.
FINAL CONSTRUCTION PACKAGE
At this point the drawings have received approval from all involved parties and will be issued to the city/township for a permit package.
